For use on offshore cranes to subsea winches, we have the technical capability to offer a solution that will meet your demands for this specialized area of wire rope.

General rigging comprises of the utilisation of range of accessories to provide aid and/or complete a system be it for lifting, lashing or operational purposes

These components will include a combination of wire ropes, alloy chain, snatch blocks, wire rope clips, shackles, hooks, plate clamps, polypropylene rope, sockets, masterlinks, masterlink assemblies, manual chain hoists trolleys and lever hoists amongst some of them.  All material conforms to international and offshore requirements.

We have a testing, inspection and maintenance program that includes actual lift simulated load testing services, by means of non-destructive (and if required, destructive) methods.  These services encompass various equipment that are capable of inducing loads ranging from a few hundred kilograms up to 1500MT depending on configuration and test requirements.

We have a large rental fleet of load cells that is easy to use and is offshore weather sealed for all applications.  Load cell units are calibrated for a period of 1 year and are available with 3rd party certification on request. Tensile load cells come as either cabled, amplified cabled or telemetry.

In addition our personnel are competent to provide a complete weighing solution including level surveying for multi-point weighs to the calculation of the actual centre of gravity of the structure post weigh. Full procedures and risk management documentation are available to cater for all job scopes.

All load cells are fully calibrated in accordance to ISO standards prior and post weigh session to verify repeatability accuracy.
